OK, seriously... did "Tric" just open up in like one week? That is crazy fast! No problem with contractors? Next day delivery on furniture? Sound equipment etc overnight? Liquor license? Advertising? Staff? Is it just me or was that a little weird?

A few high points:

• Dan is creeping everyone out! I love it!
• Nathan may have taken one step back as a "baller" but he took two steps forward as a man. YES! Go Whitey!
• Deb lied about sleeping with Keith. Good Grief Linus!
• Chris told Nathan that everyone wanted his wife. Hmm, et tu Chris?
• Andy thought Lucas was... not 6'1" (Come on Luke... try on that shirt! LOL)
• Felix actually paid for the house and let Mouth take cred... but then he took credit for taking care of Brooke. If I were Mouth I would not have left Felix alone in there with her. Can you say date rape?
• Theresa's ass did not look good in Brooke's dress. LMAO!
• Lucas gave BPR a black eye! Where are the yellow and pink Power Rangers when you need back up?
• Karen/Andy kiss felt good. Looked good too!
• Brooke was broken... come on girl, snap out of it! (I'm sorry, but I was cracking up when she was collecting money for the "needy")
• Keith is still a creepy dude! Maybe it's those beedie little eyes, or Jules... I don't know, but I could do without this storyline. (Blech!)
• I don't like Anna. ('Nuff said!)
• Peyton got so busted for doing the powder! Is that really how you wanna start out your club? A back room for the brain dead, oh what I wouldn't have done to see Karen walk in on that!!!
• Nathan was up at 230a still waiting for Haley to get home. I love Nathan. I want to know how it went after Haley got home. She apologized for being so late... he remembered her on stage... they ended up hot and heavy in bed.
  

I'll let Denise1, who is home sick today... again, do the big recap. I am in a grumpy mood because of all the election talk. I hate when it gets dragged out like this. I guess it keeps the press happy, but I just want to resume to our regularly scheduled programming. I hope the shows tonight are not interrupted. The West Wing and Lost look good... Jack and Bobby on the WB won't be bothered by the election stuff, so that,s something. Even if, I'm sorry to say, I don't love that show right now.

So, Episode 207 "Let the reigns go loose", let's start!

As well as with last week, the return of the voice overs makes me happy, I just love them, they are so profound. And they might be the only times when I really like what Chia has to say; though I gotta admit he has been getting progressively better this season.

B/F: How great is it seeing the girl be in control of a friend's with benefits situation? Felix IS the piece of meat, and he doesn't mind being used; only cause it's Felix Jr. doing all the thinking.

P/C: I like the banter between these two; I can dig them together. C: "I think you got the wrong store, Forever 21 is down the street there" LOL, and the Jeff Buckley reference was great, P:"Why stop there, didn't he also drown in a river?" TOUCHE! His rider cracked me up. P: "One box Magnum extra large sized condoms; are you kidding?" C: "The regular ones cut off the circulation" LMAO!

TH's Angels: So wrong, but so funny. Brooke's expressions had me laughing. Yeah it's a felony, but she has nerve! Her "God Bless You's," LOL. H: "What are your skills?" B: "I don't know. I'm good with guys. Dates, dating..." H: "Yeah, and...?" B: "Sex, but..." P: "That would make you a hooker" B: "Well..." ROTF!!!

M/F: Mighty Mouth, it suits him. He looked so happy that he'd have a chance to talk to Brooke alone. Awww.

L/A: Friends w/ potential. Yeah, *yawns*, NEXT!

I loved how Haley looked her up and down, lol. NHL: The little we got of the Junior Scotts was cute, both guys encouraging her.

A/P: I actually felt a little bad seeing her eating lunch alone. Peyton was nice to reach out to her, plus she found another comic book geek. Let's see how it goes once she sees just how interested Luke is in Anna. P: "You’re Felix's sister right?" A: "On the days that I claim him, yeah" *snort* I would only claim him on February 30, but that's just me. P: "Ok, Tree Hill Rule #1: People in this town tend to have really complicated histories". No $hit Sherlock! And wait, was that a Nathan sighting? Blink and you miss it! ;-)

Dan/Karen: K: "Can I be honest with you Dan? You're creeping everybody out" LOL, Dan letting it casually slip about Deb & Keith and looking so contrite over it; MASTERFUL! Gepetto is back!

Keith/Jules: They're a little too cheesy/cutesy for me right now.

B/F and the rider: B: "You better follow them if you ever want me to perform at your venue again" LMAO! I love how she sauntered off and he was left staring at her and reading her rider. LOL

Whitey/Nathan: I love these 2, they need more scenes together; they banter, yet they can talk seriously. Nathan telling Coach that he turned down High Flyers to let Haley have her turn, *sigh*. W: "Sometimes, marriage is about sacrifice. Maybe you're not taking a step forward as a basketball player. But you are taking 2 steps forward as a man". Whitey really is the only adult Nathan can get an honest and sage piece of advice from.

Keith/Karen/Deb/Andy: Decent of Keith to let Karen know he'd be taking Jules to the club. Creepy of Deb to be staring and eavesdropping. LMAO @ the little Lucas shirt! Karen introducing Andy as just her "Professor;" Why? It seems she wants the best of both worlds: sure she likes Andy, but just in case it doesn't work out she doesn't want to sever all ties with Keith.

H/B: They were cute. B: "Screw the opening, I'll stay home with the purse" LOL, I hear ya sistah, I've thought that many times about purses and shoes. But selling her blood? Are her ovaries next? LOL. B: "Besides if I'm gonna be seen in these shoes I'm gonna need a drink or two". Try 10 honey, those gold shoes were hideous!

TRIC: The place looked awesome! Kudos to the Art Department. I think Karen gave Peyton "Little Lucas's" shirt, LOL. And what a crowd outside! No wonder Haley was a wreck! I'm sure Brooke sweet talked Junk into giving her that wristband; too bad Karen cut it off. Peyton eyeing Andy and calling him a Fox, hehehe. I liked Karen's reaction to that. And then Keith calling Junk "John", hehehe. As for him being hip? I had to laugh at that one!

M/B: Poor Mouth practicing what to say to Brooke, then Felix came in w/ Theresa and ruined the moment. Felix was such an ass!

H/P: Haley bailing on Peyton, poor girl, she was so nervous. I loved how Peyton was a good understanding friend though, and told her she was "gonna have to get on that horse sometime".

Karen/Deb/Thelma & Louise: What a difference between K and D. Karen looked so much younger just being herself, while Deb and her appendages just screamed for attention. Was she hoping to make Keith want her and make Jules pale in comparison?

Andy/Lucas: How funny that they listen to the same music. And Chia there thought Andy was seeing Peyton. A: "Yeah the cops would love that" LMAO. Was it just me or did Chia look a little perturbed those 2 seconds he thought it was Peyton Andy was seeing? I was LMAO @ how Andy found out who was Karen's son. A: "I, uh, I thought you were 6, not 6'1" LOL.

Deb/Keith/Jules: Ugh, why waste film w/ these? But since they did let me waste blog space being snarky. D: "Oh Keith, I was hoping you'd make it". You KNEW he was gonna make it and not alone; you eavesdropped on him telling Karen- you banshee! If the Deb meeting Jules moment was to be shown on ET on MTV it would've been called: "The Battle of the Cleavages". Sadly for Deb, Jules would win this one, cause SHE'S the one young enough to pull off the sleazy look. I loved Deb's face when Jules said "girlfriend". Deb's hypocritical comment about being glad good things happening to Keith was marred by her pressing Thelma & Louise against him. Let those girls breathe honey! Wasn't that what the purpose of that dress was for? And why was Karen looking at them all upset? She has no claim on Keith. These adults are annoying me.

NH/C: Chris: "Previously on Saved by the Bell" ROTFL. I loved how she whipped out "Hey Chris, this is my HUSBAND Nathan". C: "Married in High School, yeah that will work". What an ass! I kinda like him, LOL. I love how Nathan looked annoyed by him, he made Haley feel like crap.

L/A dancing was ok, but seeing Keith/Jules in the background cracked me up. Go Uncle Keith! Now do the Robot! LOL. Of course, Felix had to come ruin the night. I wonder how he got those photo booth pics? Does he make it a habit of rummaging through his sister's belongings? And just what was rumored about Anna that they HAD to move? He seemed so bitter there.

Peyton calling TRIC's opening night "House of Freaks", hehehe. Then CK was so annoying being all arrogant cause people weren’t anxiously awaiting his song. Brooke lightened the mood as always: "Singer boy's a Fox! Hey! Show us your di-" LOL. CK telling Haley "tough break but it beats being screwed over by a friend". Jerk! Karen offering the free round... of juice! LMAO

C/P: I was so happy she went off on him and mocked him talking about himself in the 3rd person. C: "Ok, I get it, Curly's pissed" ROTFL. But he was right, at least it got Haley on stage.

Haley's singing: She looked just gorgeous! She outshone every girl there and she didn't even have to parade her twins around. Her singing was just beautiful, it gave me goose bumps. I SO hope this song is on the OTH Soundtrack!

Scott Bros: L: "You did a really good thing for her Nate". N: "Nah, she did it all by herself". Awww, and he looked SO proud of his wife! And SO HOT in baby blue. *sigh* THUD!

What Haley was singing when they showed Brooke was so appropriate. Brooke HAS "become an expert at playing safe and keep it cool" B/M: He was so sweet telling her she looked beautiful and then she praised him, but called him a great "little brother". That kiss on the cheek she gave him made me so sad for him. Unrequited Love is the worst kind.

Haley: "I wanna be somebody who can face the things that I've been running from. Let me feel; I don't care if I breakdown. Let me fall; even if I hit the ground. And if I cry a little, die a little, at least I know I lived" WOW, I loved the song. It hit me right in the heart.

I loved how happy Nathan was for her, all grinning and clapping and yelling "All right!" And everyone cheered, her circle of friends and thus family. It was great.

L/A: L: "I wouldn't mind seeing that picture again" Oh pervy Chia; yup, he's still there!

M/F: I love that Mouth confronted Felix and what a shocker that it was Felix the Cad who paid for the doll house. Why is he such an ass to her then? And how dare he push Mighty Mouth away? It made me cheer for Chia to kick his ass. I was happy when Keith grabbed him. F: "I get tossed cause you're the guy's uncle". Keith: "No, you get tossed cause you're an ass". My thoughts exactly; Go Uncle Keith!

Karen grounding Lucas was a long time coming. He's still a teenager, I was wondering if he was above punishing. I liked that Anna thanked him for punching Felix. I'd have wanted to as well if I was unfortunate enough to share DNA with him.

Andy/Karen: I get that he is younger than her, but mid 30's is not exactly nursing home age. Their kiss was sweet and she should give him a chance and stop caring about what Keith does.

NH/C: I love how wary Nathan is of this guy. C: "Look you've got good sound, and watching you tonight I could definitely see us doing something together". I loved Nathan's incredulous look here. Was this really happening in front of him? H: "Really?" C: "Yeah, I never joke about music. Here's my number. I got some studio time coming up" Ok, Music, right, focus on that Nathan. So an interview with THUD Magazine; Nathan was so sweet and supportive: "This is your night, go enjoy, and I'll see you at home". Their quick kiss and her "I love you", *sigh* I wanted more dammit! C: "Do you have any idea how many guys in the room want to nail your wife right now? [winks]". What was that wink for? Himself included? ARGH!!! Nathan looked so surprised, so troubled. This was not what he signed up for when he persuaded Haley to pursue her music.

B/M/F: She was so wasted, and Mouth was such a gentleman. When he whispered to her "I love you" my heart went out to him. M: "Guys like me don't get girls like her". I want to hug him, and I love that he didn't accept Felix's "friends" apology, cause now he knows better. Felix was a total dillhole for taking credit for watching out for Brooke.

Karen/Deb: K: "I probably don't even have the right to ask". No you don't, you lost that right when you said no to Keith's marriage proposal, so why go there now? And Deb blatantly lied to her about not sleeping with Keith! I hate her! And you call yourself her friend?

Keith/Jules: So now they are exclusive, cool for them, but how sad and wrong is it that the almost 40 yr old uncle gets deeply kissed and invited to spend the night and the MARRIED nephew gets ZILCH? Oh wait, the peck earlier, WHOOPEE!!!

Nathan distracting himself with the basketball at 2:38 am, ALONE. My heart broke into pieces for him. Things are not turning out like he thought they would. He was being noble for Haley's sake, for her music, and now he's alone in bed. I do not think it's him not trusting her. He knows she only loves HIM. But he never had to worry about other guys treading over his territory so-to-speak. Now Felix hits on Haley and Chris makes a sly comment about guys wanting to nail her. He's put the seed of Jealousy in Nathan's mind. This is gonna be interesting!

But Haley was with Peyton, and all is right. Until Rick slips out that Peyton did a line of Coke with him. Haley couldn't believe it, and Peyton looked like she wanted the earth to open up and swallow her whole. Lucy, you've got some explaining to do!

L/F: Felix's little "warning" to Chia about staying away from his sister was creepy. Just what the hell happened with Anna before they moved to Tree Hill?

Previews: The good (Nathan), the bad (Felix) and the just plain WRONG! (F/B copulating in NH's marital bed? Ick! MAJOR ICK!) I have not been so excited yet conflicted about a promo in a long time. Again no NH goodies, GRRR, but the Scott Bros bonding and the girls cat fighting looks amusing. P: "You had Felix in Haley’s bed!" Uh oh, will this lead Nathan to get the wrong impression when he gets home? I hope not! B: "Haley lied to Nathan!" oh man, just what is it she lies about! P to B: "Slut" B to H: "Liar" H: [rips off Biore strip from Brooke's nose] ROTFLMAO! Bring it on!
